Jalbehri Dhumi is a village of Fatehgarh Sahib tehsil in Fatehgarh Sahib district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Fatehgarh Sahib, about 11 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sirhind community development block and is served by the Jalabehri Dhumi gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 032715, and it covers 77 hectares. ## Population and households The 2011 census counted 154 people in Jalbehri Dhumi: 83 men and 71 women, living in 31 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household. Spread over its 77 hectares, the population density works out to about 200 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 855 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 14, about 9 per cent of the village. Scheduled Castes made up 0 people, about 0 per cent of the population, and no Scheduled Tribe population was recorded.
