Kutlupur is a village of Jalandhar West tehsil in Jalandhar district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Jalandhar, about 2 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Jalandhar (West) community development block and is served by the Gakhal gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 030430, and it covers 123 hectares. ## Population and households The 2011 census counted 49 people in Kutlupur: 26 men and 23 women, living in 10 households, an average of about 4.9 people per household. Spread over its 123 hectares, the population density works out to about 40 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 885 women for every 1,000 men.
