Raipur is a village of Shahkot tehsil in Jalandhar district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Shahkot, about 14 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Lohian Khas community development block and is served by the Gatti Pir Bakhsh gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 029754, and it covers 23 hectares. ## Population and households The 2011 census counted 42 people in Raipur: 21 men and 21 women, living in 8 households, an average of about 5.2 people per household.
