Nangal Naraingarh is a village in Kapurthala tehsil of Kapurthala district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Doaba region, and the 2011 directory recorded Kapurthala, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Kapurthala community development block and is served by the Dhandal gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 029260, and it covers 344 hectares. ## Population and households The 2011 census counted 148 people in Nangal Naraingarh: 81 men and 67 women, living in 28 households, an average of about 5.3 people per household. Spread over its 344 hectares, the population density works out to about 43 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 827 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 24, about 16 per cent of the village. Scheduled Castes made up 130 people, about 88 per cent of the population, and no Scheduled Tribe population was recorded.
