Police say the sequence of events is still to be established. ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟ ਫੂਡ ਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਘਾਤਕ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 'ਪੰਡਿਤ ਜੀ ਕੁਲਚੇ ਛੋਲੇ' ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੇ 34 ਸਾਲਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਦੋਸਤ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਦਯਾਨੰਦ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਦੁਕਾਨ 1952 ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਮਰ੍ਹਾ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਛੇੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ## ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਪੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਰੋਡ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਡਾਡ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਵਰਲਡ ਹੋਮਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਅਖਿਲ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਛੱਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਈ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਕਾਰਲੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲਟੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਚੌਕੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਆਲਮ ਵਿਜੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਠ ਤੋਂ ਦਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਝਗੜੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਝਗੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਸੀ, ਕੋਈ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤਹਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸਤ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲੈ ਗਏ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਸਦਰ ਥਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਐੱਸਐੱਚਓ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਜਗਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ## ਨੌਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ, ਮੁੱਖ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸੀ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਵੀ ਨੌਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, 64, ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਰਜ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਤਲ, ਘਾਤਕ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੰਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਿਆਂ ਸੰਹਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਐਕਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਲਗਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 10 ਵਜੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਰੋਡ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਰਾਤ ਕਰੀਬ 2 ਵਜੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਰੀਅਲ ਐਸਟੇਟ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਕੈਫ਼ੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਝਗੜਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚੱਲ ਗਈਆਂ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਨ ਲਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਰ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਅਜੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਬਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ। ## ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਦੋਸਤ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ, ਗੋਲੀ ਗ਼ਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲੀ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੋਲੀ ਗ਼ਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਮੇਜ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਚੱਲ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗੀ। ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ, ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੱਕ ਉੱਥੇ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਡਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ। ਉਸਨੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਜੇ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ## ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਬਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਿਮਟਰੀ ਰੋਡ ਉੱਤੇ 'ਪੰਡਿਤ ਜੀ ਕੁਲਚੇ ਛੋਲੇ' 1952 ਤੋਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਦਰੱਖ਼ਤ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਬਣੇ ਛੋਲਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਲੋਹੇ ਦਾ ਡੱਬਾ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਪਿਆਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਲਸਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਬਣੇ ਕੁਲਚੇ ਛੋਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਮਲੀ ਦੀ ਖੱਟੀ ਚਟਨੀ ਲਈ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੈ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਰੋਡ ਵਾਲੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਦੁਕਾਨ 'ਪੰਡਿਤ ਜੀ ਕੇ ਕੁਲਚੇ ਛਾਨੇ' ਸੰਭਾਲਦਾ ਸੀ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮਾਪੇ, ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਹੀ ਭੈਣ ਹਨ। ## ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਘਾਤਕ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਇਕੱਠ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਘਾਤਕ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਤਾਜਪੁਰ ਰੋਡ ਦੇ 30 ਸਾਲਾ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਹੈਰੀ ਦੀ ਈਡਬਲਯੂਐੱਸ ਕਾਲੋਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਝਗੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਠ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਮੌਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦੂਕ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਬਹਿਸ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਹਾਲੀਆ ਹੱਤਿਆਵਾਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ## ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਕੌਣ ਸੀ? ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, 34, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ 'ਪੰਡਿਤ ਜੀ ਕੁਲਚੇ ਛੋਲੇ' ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੀਅਲ ਐਸਟੇਟ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਵੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ## ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ? ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਆਲਮ ਵਿਜੈ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਝਗੜੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ। ## ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ? ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨੌਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਅਰੋੜਾ, ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸੀ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅਖਿਲ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੀ, ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਚਾਰ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ## ਕੀ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਪੱਖ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ? ਹਾਂ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਿਵਾਲਵਰ ਮੇਜ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਗ਼ਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਜੇ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ। ## In this story · from the Kosh * [**Ludhiana**City](https://jugti.com/kosh/places/ludhiana/) Sources (2) 1.
