The village falls in the Ghall Khurd community development block and is served by the Dheru Jamit Singh gram panchayat. Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,028 people in Jamaitpur Dheru: 524 men and 504 women, living in 191 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household.
