The 2011 census counted 658 people in Talwandi Bhilan: 348 men and 310 women, living in 142 households, an average of about 4.6 people per household. Spread over its 237 hectares, the population density works out to about 278 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 891 women for every 1,000 men.
