Bholewal is a village in Balachaur tehsil of SBS Nagar district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Doaba region, and the 2011 directory recorded Garhshankar, about 12 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 465 people in Bholewal: 250 men and 215 women, living in 94 households, an average of about 4.9 people per household.
