The village falls in the Dharamkot community development block and is served by the Dharam gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 034180, and it covers 629 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,219 people in Dharam Singhwala: 643 men and 576 women, living in 236 households, an average of about 5.2 people per household. Spread over its 629 hectares, the population density works out to about 194 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 896 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 156, about 13 per cent of the village.
