Duniya Sandhu is a village of Batala tehsil in Gurdaspur district, Punjab, in the Majha region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Qadian, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Qadian community development block and is served by the Duniya Sandhru gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 028679, and it covers 441 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 1,528 people in Duniya Sandhu: 785 men and 743 women, living in 290 households, an average of about 5.3 people per household.
