Kattowal is a village of Dasua tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Dasua, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 450 people in Kattowal: 223 men and 227 women, living in 93 households, an average of about 4.8 people per household.
