Mand is a village of Dasua tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Dasua, about 7 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Dasua community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 030965, and it covers 117 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 416 people in Mand: 196 men and 220 women, living in 93 households, an average of about 4.5 people per household.
