Population and households

The 2011 census counted 4,767 people in Daroli Kalan & Daroli Khurd: 2,320 men and 2,447 women, living in 1,124 households, an average of about 4.2 people per household. Spread over its 1,212 hectares, the population density works out to about 393 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 1055 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 457, about 10 per cent of the village.
