Bodalwala is a village of Jagraon tehsil in Ludhiana district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Jagraon, about 5 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sidhwan Bet community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 033795, and it covers 241 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 1,500 people in Bodalwala: 758 men and 742 women, living in 299 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household.
