Khanjarwal is a village in Ludhiana West tehsil of Ludhiana district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Malwa region, and the 2011 directory recorded Mullanpur Dakha, about 6 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sidhwan Bet community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 033667, and it covers 209 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 877 people in Khanjarwal: 450 men and 427 women, living in 177 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household. Spread over its 209 hectares, the population density works out to about 420 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 949 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 58, about 7 per cent of the village. Scheduled Castes made up 264 people, about 30 per cent of the population, and no Scheduled Tribe population was recorded.
