Population and households

The 2011 census counted 2,021 people in Mehbubpura: 1,067 men and 954 women, living in 347 households, an average of about 5.8 people per household. Spread over its 144 hectares, the population density works out to about 1,403 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 894 women for every 1,000 men.
