Bahadar Lahri is a village in Pathankot tehsil of Pathankot district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Majha region, and the 2011 directory recorded Sujanpur, about 4 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sujanpur community development block and is served by the Bahadur Lehri gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 027462, and it covers 210 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,304 people in Bahadar Lahri: 679 men and 625 women, living in 237 households, an average of about 5.5 people per household. Spread over its 210 hectares, the population density works out to about 621 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 920 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 155, about 12 per cent of the village. Scheduled Castes made up 447 people, about 34 per cent of the population, and no Scheduled Tribe population was recorded.

Literacy in 2011 stood at 81.38 per cent among residents aged seven and above, with men at 85.33 per cent and women at 77.05 per cent. The census recorded 376 workers, about 29 per cent of the village. A further 62 people were marginal workers, employed for only part of the year.
