Where is Khusropur?

Khusropur is a village of Patiala tehsil in Patiala district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Patiala, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sanaur community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 036603, and it covers 179 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 384 people in Khusropur: 197 men and 187 women, living in 80 households, an average of about 4.8 people per household.
