Where is Saniar Heri?

Saniar Heri is a village of Patiala tehsil in Patiala district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Patiala, about 9 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sanaur community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 036553, and it covers 385 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 1,433 people in Saniar Heri: 775 men and 658 women, living in 246 households, an average of about 5.8 people per household.
