Suraajpur is a village in Nabha tehsil of Patiala district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Malwa region, and the 2011 directory recorded Nabha, about 11 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Nabha community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 036305, and it covers 291 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 798 people in Suraajpur: 425 men and 373 women, living in 148 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household.
