Where is Haripur?

Haripur is a village of Rupnagar tehsil in Rupnagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Rupnagar, about 20 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 746 people in Haripur: 401 men and 345 women, living in 121 households, an average of about 6.2 people per household.
