Jhandian is a village of Rupnagar tehsil in Rupnagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Rupnagar, about 15 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 126 people in Jhandian: 64 men and 62 women, living in 30 households, an average of about 4.2 people per household.
