The 2011 directory recorded Anandpur Sahib, about 3 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Anandpur Sahib community development block and has its own gram panchayat. Population and households

The 2011 census counted 440 people in Lamlehri: 226 men and 214 women, living in 91 households, an average of about 4.8 people per household.
