Rasulpur is a village of Chamkaur Sahib tehsil in Rupnagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Morinda, about 5 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Morinda community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 038887, and it covers 295 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 1,044 people in Rasulpur: 560 men and 484 women, living in 212 households, an average of about 4.9 people per household.
