Barsalpur is a village in Kharar tehsil of SAS Nagar district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Puadh region, and the 2011 directory recorded Kurali, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. Population and households

The 2011 census counted 478 people in Barsalpur: 257 men and 221 women, living in 86 households, an average of about 5.6 people per household.
