Where is Kubaheri?

Kubaheri is a village of Kharar tehsil in SAS Nagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Kurali, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Majri community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 039001, and it covers 361 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,452 people in Kubaheri: 780 men and 672 women, living in 269 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household. Spread over its 361 hectares, the population density works out to about 402 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 862 women for every 1,000 men.
