Sekhan Majra is a village of SAS Nagar tehsil in SAS Nagar district, Punjab, in the Puadh region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Banur, about 2 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Kharar community development block and is served by the Sakhan Majra gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 039207, and it covers 480 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,165 people in Sekhan Majra: 619 men and 546 women, living in 213 households, an average of about 5.5 people per household.
