Mehsampur is a village of Sangrur tehsil in Sangrur district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Bhawani Garh, about 15 kilometres away, as its nearest town. Population and households

The 2011 census counted 911 people in Mehsampur: 478 men and 433 women, living in 183 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household.
