Population and households

The 2011 census counted 3,596 people in Dalla Rajputan: 1,929 men and 1,667 women, living in 648 households, an average of about 5.5 people per household. Spread over its 176 hectares, the population density works out to about 2,043 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 864 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 659, about 18 per cent of the village.
