The village falls in the Mehal Kalan community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 040029, and it covers 370 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 1,363 people in Kirpal Singhwala: 715 men and 648 women, living in 270 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household.
