Bamewala is a village in Jalalabad tehsil of Fazilka district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Malwa region, and the 2011 directory recorded Jalalabad, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 231 people in Bamewala: 127 men and 104 women, living in 58 households, an average of about 4.0 people per household.
