Where is Chachowal?

Chachowal is a village of Shahkot tehsil in Jalandhar district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Lohian Khass, about 10 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 187 people in Chachowal: 95 men and 92 women, living in 37 households, an average of about 5.1 people per household.
