The village falls in the Sultanpur Lodhi community development block and is served by the Talwandi Chaudhrian gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 029384, and it covers 292 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 620 people in Khijarpur: 334 men and 286 women, living in 97 households, an average of about 6.4 people per household. Spread over its 292 hectares, the population density works out to about 212 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 856 women for every 1,000 men.
