Rawan is a village of Bhulath tehsil in Kapurthala district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Begowal, about 6 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 358 people in Rawan: 180 men and 178 women, living in 83 households, an average of about 4.3 people per household.
