Rabon Nichi is a village of Payal tehsil in Ludhiana district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Maloud, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Dehlon community development block and is served by the Rabo Nichi gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 033277, and it covers 283 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 923 people in Rabon Nichi: 500 men and 423 women, living in 183 households, an average of about 5.0 people per household. Spread over its 283 hectares, the population density works out to about 326 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 846 women for every 1,000 men.
