The 2011 directory recorded Hoshiarpur, about 15 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Pathankot community development block and has its own gram panchayat. The 2011 census counted 624 people in Lahri Brahmanan: 349 men and 275 women, living in 120 households, an average of about 5.2 people per household.
