Dharamgarh is a village of Samana tehsil in Patiala district, Punjab, in the Malwa region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Samana, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Samana community development block and is served by the Dharamgarrh gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 036177, and it covers 250 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 477 people in Dharamgarh: 253 men and 224 women, living in 88 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household.
