Where is Sainsowal?

Sainsowal is a village in Nangal tehsil of Rupnagar district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Puadh region, and the 2011 directory recorded Nangal, about 18 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Anandpur Sahib community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 038589, and it covers 142 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 360 people in Sainsowal: 189 men and 171 women, living in 68 households, an average of about 5.3 people per household.
