Where is Tirak Karman?

Tirak Karman is a village in Anandpur Sahib tehsil of Rupnagar district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Puadh region, and the 2011 directory recorded Anandpur Sahib, about 13 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Rupnagar community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 038507, and it covers 87 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 249 people in Tirak Karman: 142 men and 107 women, living in 46 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household.
