Giga Majra is a village in SAS Nagar tehsil of SAS Nagar district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Puadh region, and the 2011 directory recorded Banur, about 8 kilometres away, as its nearest town. Population and households

The 2011 census counted 1,889 people in Giga Majra: 981 men and 908 women, living in 351 households, an average of about 5.4 people per household. Spread over its 322 hectares, the population density works out to about 587 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 926 women for every 1,000 men. Children up to the age of six numbered 226, about 12 per cent of the village.
