Kot Mohammad Khan is a village in Khadur Sahib tehsil of Tarn Taran district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Majha region, and the 2011 directory recorded Patti, about 17 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Naushera Pannuan community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 038261, and it covers 497 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 2,043 people in Kot Mohammad Khan: 1,079 men and 964 women, living in 356 households, an average of about 5.7 people per household. Children up to the age of six numbered 249, about 12 per cent of the village.
