Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will launch the party's campaign for the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections with a large "Hisaab Maango" rally in Sangrur on 4 November, AICC general secretary (organisation) K C Venugopal announced in Chandigarh on Monday, 26 October 2026.
