The 2011 census counted 365 people in Akhlaspur: 186 men and 179 women, living in 78 households, an average of about 4.7 people per household. Spread over its 65 hectares, the population density works out to about 562 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 962 women for every 1,000 men.
