Bambeli is a village of Garhshankar tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Mahilpur, about 7 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The 2011 census counted 1,088 people in Bambeli: 524 men and 564 women, living in 253 households, an average of about 4.3 people per household.
