Where is Latholi?

Latholi is a village in Mukerian tehsil of Hoshiarpur district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Doaba region, and the 2011 directory recorded Mukerian, about 20 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Talwara community development block and is served by the Kothi gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 031321, and it covers 29 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 311 people in Latholi: 160 men and 151 women, living in 69 households, an average of about 4.5 people per household. Spread over its 29 hectares, the population density works out to about 1,072 people per square kilometre. The sex ratio was 944 women for every 1,000 men.
