Mannowal is a village of Dasua tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Urmar Tanda, about 11 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Dasua community development block and is served by the Alampur gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 030795, and it covers 167 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 277 people in Mannowal: 138 men and 139 women, living in 64 households, an average of about 4.3 people per household.
