Palli is a village in Mukerian tehsil of Hoshiarpur district in Punjab, India. It lies in the Doaba region, and the 2011 directory recorded Talwara, about 9 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Talwara community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 031306, and it covers 199 hectares.

The 2011 census counted 772 people in Palli: 387 men and 385 women, living in 156 households, an average of about 4.9 people per household.
