Rawal is a village of Sultanpur Lodhi tehsil in Kapurthala district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Sultanpur Lodhi, about 12 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Sultanpur Lodhi community development block and has its own gram panchayat. The 2011 census counted 152 people in Rawal: 78 men and 74 women, living in 27 households, an average of about 5.6 people per household.
