Bajwa married Harry Singh Jawandha on 8 February 2015. Their first daughter, Aanaya, was born in August 2015, and twin daughters Aalia and Aakira followed in 2020. She has spoken openly about raising three daughters and about refusing to let motherhood shrink her career, continuing to headline films, produce and direct through those years, and she divides her life between Canada and India.
