Where is Mohan?

Mohan is a village of Dasua tehsil in Hoshiarpur district, Punjab, in the Doaba region of the state. The 2011 directory recorded Urmar Tanda, about 5 kilometres away, as its nearest town. The village falls in the Tanda community development block and has its own gram panchayat. In the census record it carries village code 030861, and it covers 108 hectares.

Population and households

The 2011 census counted 681 people in Mohan: 355 men and 326 women, living in 132 households, an average of about 5.2 people per household.
